Please be advised that all bookings for notary services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit ensures the reservation of our time and resources specifically for your scheduled session. Should you need to reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice or a no-show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. - $100: HELOC/Loan Modification Package

- $250: Commercial Loan Package

**Trust and Estate Packages**

- $150: Client-Downloaded Trust Package (includes 2 signers; documents such as Will, POA, Health Care Directive, and Trust)

- $250: Attorney-Prepared Binder Trust Package (includes 2 signers)

**Facility Visit Fees**

- $60: Hospitals or Nursing Facilities
